摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定宁夏部分地区土壤硒含量。测得宁夏同心县王团镇新堡子村、宁夏同心县王团镇前红村、宁夏同心县马高庄乡河渠村、宁夏海原县高崖乡某地、宁夏中卫市中宁兴仁某地、宁夏医科大学校园土的硒含量分别为145.5 ng/g,193.0 ng/g,288.0ng/g,164.5 ng/g,164.5 ng/g,107.5ng/g。精密度小于1.5%,加标回收率在98.0%~104.3%之间。结果表明水多的地方土壤中硒含量较少,水少的地方硒含量较多,特别是干旱的地方含量尤其高。
Graphite furnace atomic ab sorption spectrometry in parts of Ningxia selenium content of soil.The measured of xinpuzi,qianhong and hequ village of tongxin in NingXia, gaoya rural of haiyuan in Ningxia,xingren rural of zhongning in Ningxia,Ningxia Medical College Campus of the selenium content of soil were145.5 ng/g,193.0 ng/g,288.0 ng/g, 164.5 ng/g,164.5 ng/g,107.5 ng/g.The relative standard deviation is less 1.5%for the determination of Selenium.The recovery of standard addition is 98.0%to104.3%for Selenium.The results show that the water and more local content of less selenium in the soil, water content of less selenium in more places,particularly in arid areas of particularly high concentration.
