利用生胶碎颗粒在甲苯溶液中溶解一定时间后,留在一定孔径过滤器上的不溶物即为凝胶,通过计算来测定丁二烯橡胶的凝胶含量,依据JJF 1059-1999对丁二烯橡胶(BR)9000凝胶含量测试过程中的测量不确定度分量进行了分析和评定。该测定过程中所产生的不确定度主要由测定重复性的不确定度所决定。丁二烯橡胶(BR)9000凝胶含量测定结果的扩展不确定度为0.05%。
