高峡平湖清如许——海事全力防治三峡库区船舶污染

1997年10月8日,＂赣抚州0005＂轮载纯苯463.4吨,由南京驶往重庆长寿途经云阳小庙基水域发生触礁事故,货舱破裂。为防止事故对居民饮水产生影响,奉节县、巫山县曾一度停止供水。该事故发生在三峡工程建设之际，当时，中央领导作出批示，要求加强航运安全管理，避免类似事故发生。
