摘要
导向座是水下管道干式维修系统的关键零件。导向座的设计应满足作业时封堵器能够以较小的变形顺利通过导向座的要求,以确保封堵器的封堵效果和干式舱干式环境的保持效果。对导向座中心曲线的结构特点及其拟合原理进行研究,给出导向座中心曲线拟合方程和基于几何约束的优化模型,求解得到平顺的拟合曲线,实现对导向座的优化设计。结果表明,优化设计的导向座在封堵器送进时具有较好的通过能力,能确保将封堵器对管道实施有效的封堵。
A guide base is one of the key parts of underwater pipeline dry repair systems.In the process of a plug being pushed through the guide base into the pipe,a relatively small deformation of the plug is required to ensure the blocking effect of the plug and to maintain the underwater hyperbaric chamber's dry environment.The curve fitting principle and structural characteristics for the guide base's center curve were researched.The fitting parametric equations and optimal model based on geometric constraints were constructed and solved.The optimal design of the guide base was realized based on the smooth fitting center curve obtained.The results show that the guide base has ability of a plug to pass through it,which ensures to seal the pipe effectively.
