Comparison and analysis on gasoline olefin reduction performance of MCM-22/MCM-41 and ZSM-5/MCM-41 composite molecular sieves

摘要 对纳米组装法合成的MCM-22/MCM-41和ZSM-5/MCM-41复合分子筛采用N2吸附脱附、氨程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)和吡啶红外光谱等方法进行孔结构和酸性质表征。以催化裂化(FCC)汽油为原料,通过对固定床加压连续微反装置上2种复合分子筛反应产物的组成变化与组分分布进行对比分析,考察其降烯烃反应特点和规律,初步推测二者的降烯烃反应机制。结果表明:ZSM-5/MCM-41复合分子筛具有较高的异构化反应活性;MCM-22/MCM-41复合分子筛表现出非常高的芳构化反应活性和较好的降烯烃活性,可使汽油中的烯烃含量降低84.34%,并使其液相产物呈现相对轻质化的趋势。 The structure and acidity properties of MCM-22/MCM-41 and ZSM-5/MCM-41 composite molecular sieves prepared by nano-assembling method were characterized by N2 adsorption isotherms,temperature programmed desorption of ammonia and Py-IR.Using FCC gasoline as feed,the olefin reduction reactions of two composite materials were performed on a continuous high pressure micro-reactor unit.The product distribution and the component variation during the reaction of the two composite materials were compared,and the reaction mechanism was preliminarily disscussed.The results show that ZSM-5/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve has relatively high isomerization activity.With high aromatization activity,MCM-22/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve offers the best olefin reduction performance,which could decrease 84.34% gasoline olefin.And the liquid products of MCM-22/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve are mainly composited with low-carbon hydrocarbons.
