摘要
PVD涂层技术是最新、最先进的表面工程技术之一,它是把弧光放电作为金属蒸发源的表面涂层技术。由于离子镀技术具有镀膜速度高,膜层致密,膜的附着力好等特点,使多弧离子镀镀层在模具的超硬镀膜领域的应用越来越广泛,并将占据越来越重要的地位。介绍了离子镀技术的原理、特点,并在总结和归纳了国内外文献的基础上,重点介绍了离子镀技术在冲压/成型模具中的应用及实例,为今后离子镀技术的研究与应用提供了有益的借鉴。
PVD coating technology is one of the latest and the most advanced surface engineering technologies which is the arc discharge as a source of metal evaporation As the ion plating technology has the characteristics such as high speed coating, dense film, good adhesion etc. so that the coating of multi-arc ion plating will become more and more widely applicated in the dies of the super-hard coating and will occupy an increasingly important position. The principle and features of ion plating technology are introduced, according to the summation and induction of the literature at home and abroad, the applications and the examples of ion plating technology are focused on the stamping/forming dies, which would provide a favorable reference for its future research and applications.
