摘要
采用内氧化法制备了Cu-0.5Al2O3复合材料,并将该复合材料冲压成封焊电极进行晶振封焊试验。对Al2O3/Cu复合材料的组织性能和封焊电极的失效形式进行了分析,结果表明:Al2O3/Cu复合材料具有高导电率、高硬度和优异的高温性能;封焊电极的平均寿命为25000次,其失效形式主要是热疲劳和再结晶。
Cu-0.5Al2O3 composite is prepared by internal oxidation technique, which is pressed into the seal welding electrode to do crystal welding test. The microstructure and properties of composite and the failure modes of the seal welding electrode arc anaylzed. The results show that Al2O3/Cu composite has high conductivity, high hardness and excellent high-temperature properties. The average working life of the seal welding electrode is 25000 times, and its the main failure modes are thermal fatigue and recrystallization.
