摘要
本文简述了UCON E有机聚合物淬火介质的使用情况、原液的生态毒性以及介质对操作环境的影响等。另外对介质的老化变质及其生物降解性等作了一定的讨论。初步认为UCON E介质可以属于一种环境友好型介质,不会对环境构成大的危害。
the quenching medium usage of UCON E organic polymer, ecological toxicity of original liquid and impacts of medium on the operating environment etc are presented in this paper. In addition, some aspects such as aging deterioration of medium and biodegradability etc are also discussed in detail, preliminariy view that UCON E medium can belong to an environment-friendly, does not pose a great harm to the environment.
