胃肠ICC网络中连接蛋白Cx43的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 胃肠道各种细胞之间,如平滑肌之间、平滑肌和深部胃肠Cajal间质细胞(ICC-DMP)之间以及ICC-DMP和ICC-DMP之间存在缝隙连接,它主要由连接蛋白43(connexin43,Cx43)构成,其表达的异常与胃肠道疾病的发生密切相关。此文就胃肠道Cx43的研究进展作一综述。
