摘要
从江苏省连云港市云台山林区天然罹病死亡的日本弓背蚁幼虫体内分离出1株产生伴孢晶体的芽孢杆菌Ly30株。该菌株具周生鞭毛,产生的伴孢晶体为钝菱形、不规则形和晶体镶嵌,且具显著晶格。聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳结果表明,伴孢晶体由135~185kDa的特殊多肽组成。经生化和血清学鉴定,该菌株属苏云金杆菌鲇泽亚种,血清型7(Bacilusthuringiensissubsp.aizawai,serotypeH7),对赤松毛虫、柏毛虫、玉米螟、菜青虫等幼虫有明显的致病性。
Bacillus thringiensis Ly30 which had significant crystal lattice was isolated from larvae of Camponotus japonicus Mayr in the forest of Yuntai Mountain in Lianyungang City in Jiangsu Province.It could produce many sorts of parasporal crystals that were rhombic,irregular and mosaic bipyramid.It was known that parasporal crystals consisted of special polypeptide of 135~185 kDa by means of SDS PAGE.The results of biochemical reaction and serological identification showed that Ly30 which belonged to serotype H7, Bacillus thuringiensis subsp aizawai had apparent toxicity to Dendrolimus latipennis Walker, Ostrinia furnacalis Guenee, Pieris rapae Linnaeus et al,especially to Dendrolimus spectabilis Bulter.
