摘要
用0.2mmol·L-1草酸,30%蔗糖,50mg/LABA,10mg/L硼酸培养液对12份耐菌核病性不同的油菜品种(系)的花粉粒离体萌发进行了观察。结果表明,与对照(不加草酸的培养液)的萌发率相比,耐病材料的萌发率受抑不明显,感病材料的萌发率大幅度下降。
Pollens of 12 rapeseed (B. napus) cultivars/lines with different tolerance toSclerotinia sclerotiorum were evaluated for their in vitro germination using culture solutioncontained 0.2 mmol. L-1oxalic acid, 30% sucrose, 50 mg/L ABA, 10 mg/L boric acid. Compared with percentages of pollen germination in culture solution without oxalic acid(CK),percentages of germination for the tolerant materials were not obviously decreased,however,those for susceptiple ones decreased significantly.
