摘要 利用(15)N示踪技术研究田间条件下施用农业有机废弃物鸡粪和稻草对化肥氮素利用率的影响。结果表明,施基肥时伴施这二种废弃物能提高作物对化学氮肥的利用率,当季小麦的化肥N利用率提高25.59%(稻草),土壤中残留的化肥N平均增加38.13%。后茬蕹菜的化肥N利用率提高22.96%(稻草)和48.66%(鸡粪)。土壤有机N分级结果表明,残留的化肥N主要以易被作物利用的酰胺态和氨基己糖态形式存在。 Effects of application of chicken manure and rice straw as base fertilizer additives on utilization rate of N from chemical N fertilizer in field were studied with 15 N labeledurea-N. The utilization rate of N from chemical fertilizer was increased by application ofthese two organic wastes. N utilization rate was increased by 25. 59% for the first crop withthe application of rice straw and by 22. 96% and 48. 66% respectively for the second cropwith the application of rice straw and chicken manure. The analysis result of organic Ngroups in soil showed that N from chemical fertilizer exists in soil mainly as amide N andhexosamine N.
