培育商品有机肥市场、发展商品有机肥产业、解决上海畜禽业粪便污染

SOLVING THE PROBLEM OF POLLUTION OF DOMESTIC ANIMALMANURE IN SHANGHAI BY INCUBATING MARKET OF COMMERCIAL ORGANIC FERTILIZERS AND DEVELOPING ORGANIC FERTILIZER INDUSTRY

目前，上海约有大中型畜禽场４５０家，年产出２００多万吨粪便，为解决这些畜禽场的粪便污染问题，１９９１年以来，市政府各部门投入了大量的资金，但畜禽粪便污染的问题依然严重。因此，建议改变治理畜禽粪便资金的投放方向和结构，把重点放在培育有机肥商品市场，引导社会各方面力量来参与畜禽粪便的处理利用。

Now,there are about 450 large-middle scale domestic animal farms in Shanghai,they produce over 2 million ton manure per year. For solving the problem of animal manure pollution, a large number of funds have been therein put by related departments ofShanghai municipal government,but the problem still exists. The authors suggest in this paper,that the putting structure and way of funds dealing with manure pollution problem bechanged towards incubating market of commercial organic fertilizers and guiding the socialforces to participate in the management and utilization of domestic animal manure.
