摘要
通过对已有资料的分析,从基因表达质和量的差异、基因结构的变化、遗传振动合成学说、亲本异质性与杂种优势关系及与杂种优势有关的QTL等方面,概述了应用分子生物学技术研究作物杂种优势现象的进展,并对今后的研究方向提出了建议。
Advances in crop heterosis studies using plant molecular biology techniques were summarized from the following aspects:genetic mechanisms included 1) differences in the quality and quantity of gene expression,2) changes in the primary structures of genes in F 1 and 3) the resultant genetic vibration theory; prediction method aspects contained 1)parent heterozygosity and F 1 heterosis and 2) QTLs associated with heterosis.Suggestions on the forthcoming studies were also made in the present paper.
