This paper intends to analyze how Banquo,ill-treated by Duncan and driven by his desire for power,acts in the regicidical conspiracy.Intended to be the root of many kings unnoticedly,Banquo makes a deal with Macbeth,purposefully concealing the witches＇ prediction,and urging the admiral to murder the king.The regicide entails Banquo＇s indispensible involvment,which makes him a key accomplice.
