STAD教学模式在高专《基础护理应用技术》课程中的教学应用

摘要 目的:探讨STAD教学模式应用于高专《基础护理应用技术》课程中的教学效果。方法:将2006级三年制两个班108名学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采取STAD教学模式,对照组采取传统教学模式,通过学期末考试成绩与学生满意度问卷调查比较两组教学效果,并进行统计学处理。结果:实验组学期末考试成绩、学生满意度问卷调查结果均优于对照组(p〈0.05),有显著性意义。结论:STAD教学模式能提高学生的合作意识、集体观念、创新能力、自主学习、师生关系、竞争意识。 Purpose: To discuss the teaching effectiveness of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) in the course "Fundamental Nursing Application Technology". Methods: Divide 108 students into experimental group and control group at random. STAD is applied in experimental group, while traditional teaching method is applied in control group. Teaching effectiveness of the two groups are compared by the final examination results and students' satisfaction survey. Results: It shows that the experimental group has better final examination results and students' satisfaction than control group (p〈0.05). Conclusion: The application of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) can improve students' team-work and competitive consciousness, collective spirit, autonomic learning and innovation ability as well as teacher-student relationship.
