摘要
利用溶剂提取法和柱层析分离法,从瓯柑籽中分离得柠檬苦素(C26H30O8),从瓯柑果肉中分离得β-谷甾醇(C29H50O).通过波谱分析(1H-NMR、13C-NMR、DEPT-NMR和2D-NMR)鉴定上述化合物结构.这两种化合物均为首次从瓯柑中分离得到.
Through solvent extraction and column chromatography separation, limonin （C26H3008） and flsitosterol （C29H500） were extracted from the seeds and pulp of Citrus suavissima Hort. ex Tanaka, respectively. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis （1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DEPT-NMR and 2D- NMR）. It is the first time for these two compounds to be extracted from Citrus suavissima hort. ex tanaka.
