摘要 荞麦具有独特的营养特性和开发利用价值,被认为是世界性的新兴作物。养麦食品在日本、朝鲜、俄罗斯和欧盟各国都倍受欢迎,荞麦作为我国传统出口产品,在国际市场上以“粒大、皮薄、面白、粉多、筋大、质优”而享有盛名。
