新时期高职学生情绪智力现状分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文对重庆5所高等职业院校大学生的情绪智力情况进行了多角度的测查和分析。方法:对804名大学生进行了情绪智力问卷测量,并运用SPSS13.0进行方差分析和相关分析。结果:情绪智力的5个因素之间有互相促进的效果;男生和女生存在显著的差异,总体来说,男生的情商优于女生;独生子女和非独生子女存在显著的正相关;情绪智力与生源之间存在显著的差异;情绪适应能力与情绪调控能力与年级之间存在显著的正相关关系,高年级学生表现要优于低年级的学生。结论:高职学生情绪智力有待开展针对性培养。 This thesis surveys and analyses students’ emotional intelligence conditions of five higher vocational colleges in Chongqing from various perspectives.Method: the survey was compiled from emotional intelligence questionnaires for 804 college students by applying analysis of variance and correlation through SPSS 13.0.Result: the five factors of emotional influence promote one another.There are obvious differences between male and female,in general,the emotional intelligence of male is superior to female,and there is positive correlation between only child and non-only child.The student source also can bring about differences.The emotioanl adjustment and management have positive correlations with grade,and the higher is better than the lower.Conclusion: the emotional intelligence of higher vocational students needs to be cultivated earnestly.
