摘要
以对苯二酚、环氧氯丙烷、三乙胺为原料制备了XK-2C双季铵盐阳离子型乳化剂,探索了合成温度、时间以及反应介质对该合成反应的影响。通过其与十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(1831)和辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)复合使用,能显著提高乳化沥青的稳定性。
The XK-2C cationic bisquaternary ammonium salt emulsifier was synthesized by one pot reaction of quinol, epichlorohydrin, and triethylamine. The influencing factors including temperature, reaction time and solvent were investigated. The stability of the emulsified asphalt was improved obviously when XK-2C emulsifier was used with octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride( 1831 ) and polyoxyethylene octyl- phenol ether( OP - 10).
