摘要 为了抑制数字通信系统的噪声,利用ADS软件进行建模、优化仿真设计、制造了中心频率为2.4 GHz,带宽120 MHz的平行耦合微带线带通滤波器,并进行了测试,测试的S参数与优化仿真结果、设计指标吻合较好,带内衰减3 dB。在设计过程中同时采用了HFSS仿真设计。本设计的滤波器具有带内插损较小、价格低、易于实现等特点,实际应用效果良好。 In order to inhibit systematic noise of digital communication, the bandpass filter (BPF) of parallel coupled microstrip lines ( center frequencyfc = 2.4 GHz, bandwidth BW = 120 MHz) was modeled, simulated and optimized by ADS in this paper. The fiher was manufactured, and then the performance of the filter was tested. The tested results agree well with the results of the optimized simulation and the de- sign indexes. The attenuation of the tested BPF in band is 3 dB. At the same time, the filter is designed by HFSS too. The proposed filter has the advantages of lower insertion loss, low cost, easy implementation and so on. And the filter is designed and a good practical effect is obtained.
