论从权力主体的角度界定学术权力

摘要 从主体还是客体的角度来理解学术权力,是我国高等教育管理学的难点之一。权力被赋予主体,主体即获得了权力特征。权力性质主要是主体价值选择的结果,权力对象对权力性质的影响是次要的。因此,从权力主体的角度界定学术权力更为科学。正确理解学术权力的概念是提高学术人员在大学管理活动中地位的理论基础,对于改变我国大学管理中主体错位弊端具有重要的现实意义。 The concept of academic power has been a big difficulty in the higher education management field in China for along time. To define it rightly, the subject of the power should be taken into account, which is determined by the concept of power itself, the different values and effects of diffierent power holders, and its languagesituation in China . Therefore, academic power Should be defined as the kind that is held by scholars or scholars' organizations and which can affect academic affairs and other kind of affairs. To correctly understand the concept of academic power is of great important for the manasement of higher education in China.
