晏阳初平民教育思想对大学生素质教育的启示

Yan Yang-chu＇s Civilian Education Thought and its Inspiration to Quality-oriented Education of University Students

晏阳初的平民教育思想系统完备，影响深远，以改造中国乡村为重点，倡导采取学校式、社会式、家庭式三种方式，实施以文艺教育治恿、以生计教育治穷、以卫生教育治弱、以公民教育治私等四大教育，目的是使广大农民的知识力、生产力、健康力和组织力”四力”兼备，进而实现”民族再造”的使命。他的教育思想与实践中的若干精辟见解和宝贵的经验，为我国当前的大学生素质教育提供了有益的启示。

The system of Yan Yang-chu＇s civilian education thought is complete with far-reaching impact, which emphasizes on transforming China＇s rural areas and proposes to use school way, society way and family way to implement the four kinds of education-literature and art education in treatment of folly, livelihood education in treat- ment of poverty, health education in treatment of weak, civic education in treatment of private. The purpose of his civilian education is to arouse the vast peasants＂ knowledge, productivity, health and organization power in order to achieve the mission of ＂national reconstruction＂. A number of incisive ideas and valuable experience in his educa- tion thought and practice provide useful inspiration to our current quality-oriented education of university students .
