梅花针叩刺疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症下肢麻木的疗效观察

Observed the effect of plum-blossom needle therapy treated for limb numbness caused by prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的观察梅花针叩刺疗法对腰椎间盘突出症下肢麻木的临床疗效。方法将1200例腰椎间盘突出症下肢麻木患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各600例。观察组只采用梅花针叩刺方法 ,对照组采用甲钴胺片0.5mg和维生素B1片20mg口服,每天3次。结果观察组总有效率为71.8%高于对照组的57.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组达到痊愈和显效的平均治疗时间为(7.9±1.1)d短于对照组的(17.3±1.9)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论梅花针叩刺疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症下肢麻木是一种有效的方法 ,其疗效优于药物治疗法。

Objective To observe the effect of plum-blossom needle therapy treated for lower limbs numbness caused by prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods The 1200 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients with lower limbs numbness were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,600 cases of each.The observation group used plum-blossom needle therapy,the control group gave mecobalamin tablets 0.5mg and 20mg of vitamin B1 20mg orally,3 times a day.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 71.8% higher than 57.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;The average treatment time of cured and markedly effective in observation group was（7.9±1.14）d shorter than（17.3±1.85）d in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Plum-blossom needle therapy is an effective method treat for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with lower limbs numbness,its efficacy is superior to drug therapy.
