摘要
目的:探讨A型行为对冠心病搭桥手术患者护理的影响。方法:对108例冠心病搭桥手术患者于术前采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HARS)进行评分,分为A型行为组66例和非A型行为组42例;再将A型行为组根据评分分值(以24分为界)分为严重焦虑障碍组24例和焦虑障碍组42例,对患者住院天数、重症监护时间等资料进行统计学处理和分析。结果:A型行为组与非A型行为组、严重焦虑障碍组与焦虑障碍组患者在住院天数、重症监护时间方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:A型行为在冠心病搭桥手术护理中存在较为明显的负面影响。
Objective： To discuss the impact of type A behavior pattern on nursing care of patients with coronary artery bypass grafting（CABG）.Methods： Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale（HARS） was used to mark scores for 108 patients with CABG and the patients were divided into type A behavior pattern group（n=66） and non type A behavior pattern group（n=42）;then type A behavior pattern group were further divided into severe anxiety disorder group（n=24） and anxiety disorder group（n=42） according to HARS（24 scores as margin）.The collected data of hospitalization days,time of intensive care were statistically processed and analyzed.Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of hospitalization days and time of intensive care between type A behavior pattern group and non type A behavior pattern group and between severe anxiety disorder group and anxiety disorder group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Type A behavior pattern obviously affects nursing care for the patients with CABG.
