摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对63例行LC患者的护理资料进行分析总结。结果:63例LC患者中,术中中转开腹2例、出血1例,术后发生胆漏1例、皮下气肿2例,经及时治疗与护理,全部治愈出院。结论:对LC患者术前给予细心的心理护理、精心的护理准备,术中密切护理配合和生命体征监测,并加强腹腔镜术后护理,能进一步消除患者顾虑,促进患者早日康复。
Objective： To discuss the nursing methods in perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）.Methods： The data of nursing care of 63 patients who underwent LC were analyzed and summarized.Results： In 63 patients with LC,LC was transferred to abdominal surgery during operation in 2 patients,bleeding occurred in one patient,postoperative bile leakage in one patient and subcutaneous emphysema in 2 patients.All patients were cured after being given timely treatment and nursing care.Conclusion： Preoperative psychological care,careful nursing care,intraoperative nursing cooperation and close monitoring of vital signs can further eliminate patient＇s worry and promote their recovery.
