Guidance on postoperative rehabilitation of 104 patients with Ribbed total hip replacement

目的:探讨Ribbed人工关节全髋置换术后康复指导的效果。方法:对104例行Ribbed人工关节单侧全髋置换术患者进行术后康复指导,并在术后3个月、6个月、1年对患者功能康复情况进行随访,评估标准为影像学检查和Harris评分。结果:本组患者均至少完成1个月的系统康复训练,术后1年最终随访91例,Harris评分术前平均34.7分,术后平均92.8分;其中优秀81.3%,良好11.0%,一般4.4%,差3.3%。除1例髋臼松动导致翻修外,影像学检查均未发现问题。结论:对Ribbed人工关节全髋置换术后患者进行系统的康复指导,有利于髋关节早日恢复良好状态,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of postoperative rehabilitation guidance after Ribbed total hip replacement.Methods： 104 patients were given postoperative rehabilitation guidance after Ribbed total hip replacement and functional rehabilitation of the patients was followed up respectively in the first 3 months,6 months and one year after surgery according to imaging examination and Harris scoring.Results： All patients completed one-month rehabilitation training at least.91 patients were followed up for one year,the average Harris scores were 34.7 before surgery and 92.8 after surgery.The excellent cases were 81.3%,good 11.0%,fair 4.4 % and poor 3.3%.Acetabulum loosenness occurred in one patient.Conclusion： Systematic postoperative rehabilitation guidance is conducive to an early resumption of the function of hip joints and improvement of patient＇s quality of life after Ribbed total hip replacement.
