妇科腹腔镜手术患者眼部保护方法研究

Research on eye protection of the patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery

目的:探讨妇科腹腔镜手术患者眼部保护的方法。方法:选取妇科腹腔镜手术患者197例,随机分为对照组98例和实验组99例,对照组采用金霉素眼膏涂敷并用3M Micropore胶布轻拉眼睑进行闭合粘贴,实验组仅使用3MMicropore胶布轻拉眼睑进行闭合粘贴,对两组进行对照分析。结果:两种眼部保护方式对预防暴露性角膜炎差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但术后不适感比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:妇科腹腔镜手术中仅采用3MMicropore胶布配合适当的粘贴方式且不涂抗生素眼膏的方法进行眼部保护,患者眼部不适率降低,并无暴露性角膜炎发生。

Objective： To explore the methods of eye protection of the patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Methods： 197 patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group（n=98） and experimental group（n=99）.Coating with chlortetracycline ointment combined with closure sticking with 3M Micropore adhesive tape by gently pulling eyelid was applied to eyes of the patients in the control group and only 3M Micropore adhesive tape was used in the experimental group,the methods was compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results： The two methods had no statistically significant difference in the prevention of exposure keratitis（P〉0.05）,while the incidence of discomfort after surgery was significant different（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion： In eye protection during gynecologic laparoscopic surgery,only 3M Micropore adhesive tape with appropriate sticking is enough and it is not necessary to coat with antibiotic ointment,thus eye discomfort of the patients will reduce and exposure keratitis will not happen.
