摘要
目的研究竹节人参提取物对大鼠肢体缺血/再灌注(LIR)后心肌损伤的影响。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和治疗组各10只。对照组和模型组用生理盐水灌胃处理,治疗组用竹节人参提取物灌胃处理,4周后观察3组再灌注4h后左心室内压力峰值(LVSP)、左心室舒张末期压(LVEDP)和左心室内压最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax);血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化;血中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)含量的变化。结果与模型组比较,治疗组LVSP和±dp/dtmax增高(P<0.05和P<0.01);SOD和GSH-Px活性增高,MDA含量减少,LDH、α-HBDH和CK均降低(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论竹节人参提取物对LIR后心肌损伤有明显的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of panax japonicus extract on myocardium in rats which suffered from limb ischemia reperfusion(LIR).Methods 30 SD rats were divided into three groups:control group,model group and treatment group,10 of each.The control group and model group respectively poured 0.9%Nacl and panax japonicus extract into treatment group,stomach for 4 weeks.Observed left wentricular systolic pressure(LVPS),left wentricular end-diastolic pressure(LVSP) and ±dp/dtmax after reperfusion 4h;measured the activity of SOD,GSH-Px,LDH,α-HBDH and CK,the amount of MDA.Results Compared with model group,the treatment group of LVSP and ±Dp/dtmax were higher(P0.05 and P0.01);The activity of SOD,GSH-Px,were higher,LDH,α-HBDH,CK and the amount of MDA were lower(P0.05 and P0.01).Conclusion Panax Japonicus extract can protect the myocardium from limb ischemia reperfusion.
