摘要
目的探讨稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的临床效果。方法 100例心律失常患者随机分为治疗组54例和对照组46例,2组均给予常规抗心律失常治疗。治疗组同时给予稳心颗粒治疗,对照组给予胺碘酮,4周后观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.4%高于对照组的82.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗心律失常时稳心颗粒可作为首选中成药。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of step stable heart granule of treating arrhythmia.Methods 100 cases of arrhythmia were randomly divided into treatment group of 54 cases and control group of 46 cases.The two groups were given routine anti-arrhythmic therapy,the treatment group while was given Stable heart granule therapy,the control group was given amiodarone,and then compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy after 4 weeks.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 94.4% higher than 82.6% of control group,the diffterence was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical treatment of cardiac arrhythmia when the Step heart granule can be used as the preferred stability of proprietary Chinese medicines.
