中西药联用治疗中晚期胃癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of treating gastric cancer with CTM-WM therapy

目的观察中西药联用治疗中晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法 64例中晚期胃癌患者随机分成治疗组33例和对照组31例。治疗组采用化疗联合中药,对照组给予单纯化疗,比较2组疗效、生存质量、症状改善、不良反应等情况。结果治疗组客观有效率、生存率、生存质量提高率与症状改善率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组白细胞减少、肝功能损害、转移情况发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药联用方法治疗中晚期胃癌较单纯化疗疗效显著,不良反应小。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese traditional medicine associated with chemotherapy（CTM-WM）therapy in advanced gastric cancer.Methods 64 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group of 33 cases and control group of 31cases.The treatment was treated with CTM-WM therapy;The control group was treated with chemotherapy.The clinical effect was observed and compared.Results The rates of object efficacy,symptoms improved,survival quality elevation of treatment group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）;The rates of leukopenia,liver danage,transfer case of treatment group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions CTM-WM therapy can be recommended as the better choice in treatment of gastric cancer.
