摘要
以6株植物枯萎病菌为实验材料,测定了不同含量壳聚糖对植物枯萎病菌抑菌活性的影响。结果表明:壳聚糖对6种植物枯萎病菌都有抑制作用,经壳聚糖处理后,植物枯萎病菌的形态出现畸变。在一定含量范围内,随着壳聚糖含量的增加,抑制作用增强,且在壳聚糖的φ=0.4%时,对6种植物枯萎病菌的菌丝生长、产孢量以及孢子萌发的抑制作用均达到最大;但是随着壳聚糖含量的继续增加,其抑制作用反而下降,这可能与高含量时壳聚糖分子之间通过氢键自相聚集造成有效含量的下降有关。
The effects of different concentrations of chitosan on the antifungal activity against six different plant Fusarium oxysporum were investigated. The results indicated that the chitosan have antifungal activities within certain concentration range, and the distortion of morphology of plant Fu^arium oxysporum treated with chitosan is found. With the increasing of chitosan concentration, the antifungal activity was strongest, while the antifungal the inhibitory activity of it increased , and at 0.4%, activities decreased with the chitosan concentration increased continuously, which might be due to the reduction of the chitosan effective concentration through aggregation by hydrogen bond.
