一种由角斑梨孢菌引起的香蕉叶斑病 被引量:2

摘要 在开展香蕉叶部病害调查时,发现了1例国内新记录病害。通过组织分离、柯赫氏法则验证以及病原菌形态学、rDNA-ITS序列克隆和绘制Pyricularia属系统发育树等鉴定方法,系统性地鉴定了这一病害,将该病害命名为香蕉角斑梨孢叶斑病,病原菌为Pyricularia angulata Hashioka。 A new recorded disease of banana in China was found when the species and damages of banana leaf spot disease in Hainan were investigated. Based on the results of tissue isolating, Koch' s postulates, morphology identification, rDNA-ITS sequence cloning and Pyricularia rDNA-ITS sequences phylogenetic tree analysis, the disease was nominated banana leaf spot disease, whose pathogen was identified as Pyricularia angulata Hashioka.
