摘要
小分子热激蛋白(sHSPs)是一类分子质量为15~30KDa的热激蛋白,在植物耐热反应中起着重要作用。笔者详细分析了4种常见的茄科植物番茄、烟草、辣椒、马铃薯和模式植物拟南芥中各种sHSPs基因序列的系统进化关系,并综述了热激蛋白基因在不同胁迫条件下的表达和调控机理。
As a kind heat shock protein with about 15 KD-30KD molecular weight, Small Heat Shock Proteins (sHSPs) in plant plays an important role in heat-resistance. In the paper, the sequence phylogenetic relationships of various sHSPs in the four common nightshade plant, which was tomato, tobacco, pepper, potato and model plant Arabidopsis thaliana were analyzed in detail, and gene expression and regulatory mechanisms of it under different stress conditions were reviewed .
