现代化进程凸显政治稳定诉求——拉美现代化启示

Modernization Process Highlights the Demands of Political Stability——the Inspiration of Latin American Modernization

现代化过程将带来社会主要领域的变化,包括对原有社会制度的冲击,因此,对政治稳定的诉求才凸显。拉美国家的现代化进程告诉我们以下两条经验:一是现代化最基本前提是政治稳定,照搬西方的议会民主制无法保证拉美国家安全和政治稳定;二是为了保持现代化过程中的政治稳定,国家作为强大的领导中心的作用不但不应削弱,而且还要加强。

Modernization process will bring about major social changes in all areas,including the impact of the current social system.As a result,the demands on political stability are highlighted.The process of Latin American country＇s modernization also tells us two experiences as follows： First,The most basic premise of modernization is political stability,and copying the Western system of parliamentary democracy in Latin America can not guarantee national security and political stability;Secondly,in order to maintain political stability in the process of modernization,the central role of the country whose strong leadership not only should not be weakened,but strengthened.
