Preliminary Discussion on the Youth League Building in Multi-campus Universities

在高等教育规模快速扩张的大背景下,为实现高校资源共享、优势互补,多校区大学呈现迅速增长的趋势,多校区大学团建工作面临许多新情况和新问题。本文提出从建立健全团组织制度、充分利用网络资源及学生团建进公寓等政策入手,进一步增强学生团建工作的针对性和实效性。

In recent years,along with the rapid expansion of the higher education,there is a growing number of multi-campus universities in order to achieve resources sharing and realize mutual compensation of advantages.Youth League Building for students has faced a lot of new problems in operation and development.To settle these problems well,we need to start with establishing and improving the Youth League organizational system,making full advantage of network resources and students＇ apartments to strengthen university group and build pertinence and validity of further work.
