The current global economic crisis situation,the employment rate of university graduates in various professional sharp decline,but the computer science graduates in the employment rate falls faster than the rate of decline of social demand.How to train graduates for the needs of the employing unit explicit is particularly important.This paper analyzes the root causes of the difficult employment computer science and the improvement of professional training methods to explore two aspects of professional employment for improving the competitiveness of the computer method.
