英、日两国中小学教师在职培训的比较与启示

The Comparison and Enlightenment of Training for the Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Service between Britain and Japan

英国、日本两国在中小学教师在职培训方面都取得了较为显著的成绩。本文从探讨两国中小学教师在职培训事业所具有的共同特点出发,找出我国与英、日两国在该项事业上的差距,借鉴其发展的成功经验,进而促进我国基础教育事业的发展。

Britain and Japan have achieved great success on training for the teachers in--service of primary and secondary school. Based on the same characteristic in training the primary and secondary school teachers in--service in tow countries, this paper points out the disparity between our country and them, and use the experience of their development for reference to promote our basic education.
