摘要
本文通过调研陕西关中地区农村社会价值观的现状，分析农村社会价值观在经济、政治、文化等层面呈复杂化、多样化发展态势的原因。明确政府在精神文明建设中的职能定位，对建设社会主义核心价值体系提出了探索性路径。对深化改革，发展农村经济，促进社会和谐稳定具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。
Through an investigation of rural social values in Guanzhong——the central region of Shaanxi Province, the paper makes an analysis of the reasons for the complicated and diversified development of rural social values in the fields of economy, politics and culture. The orientation of government functions in the construction of spiritual civilization is clarified and the exploratory approaches to the construction of socialist value system are proposed. The study is of great practical significance and theoretical value in deepening reform, developming rural economy and building a harmonious and stable society.
