劳动市场分割下的农民工就业问题探析

A Study on the Employment of Farmer-workers＇ with Labor Market Segmentation

农民工就业是解决农民增收的重要途径，但农民工在就业中遭遇了劳动市场分割的局面，农民工被挡在了进一步发展的门槛外，只能“蜷曲”在低工资、低保障、不稳定的二级劳动市场。这不仅影响他们的收入，同时也是我国劳动市场统一，产业结构升级的阻碍。因此，以户籍改革为切入，社会保障和各种教育培训为辅助，消除农民工就业的市场分割状况是当前深化市场经济改革和社会发展的重要任务。

Employment is an important approach to increasing farmer-workers＇ income. However, farmer-workers are experiencing labor market segmentation in the process of employment. As a result, the further development of farmer-workers is restrained. They are confined to the secondary labor market with low-wage, low security and instability. Not only does this affect their income but also hinders the reunification of labor markets and the upgrade of industrial structure. Therefore, with the household registration reform as a breakthrough and the social security and all kinds of education and training as anxiliary means,the elimination of labor market segmentation is an important task to deepen the reform of market economy and social development.
