近年来,在世界多极化、经济全球化和社会信息化等趋势深入发展的背景下,国内外突发事件层出不穷,公共安全面临的形势更为严峻复杂。随着“平安城市”的大力开展,以及安防应急通信产品、技术、服务要求的不断提高,国内传统的安防应急通信技术已经无法满足日新月异的市场需求,
