In 2010,the university and college recruit graduates for the Master Degree,the establishment of academic degrees by subject,oriented from the academic research,emphasis on the theoretical research,aiming to train the university teachers and researchers of research institutions;the professional degree is oriented the professional practice which emphasis on practical application,students not primarily engaged in academic research,but engaged in the work that has obvious professional background.The policy of ＂Master degree recruit the fresh graduates＂ introduced has a deep background,in order to make the policy not a mere formality,to attain the true optimal structure of postgraduate training and meet the purpose of the community＇s urgent needs to the high level of applied talent,the ountry should develop the planning rationalization based on the long-term;the universities should strengthen the elements,realize the professionalization of the training system;community should be comprehensive coordination,realize the integration of the education vocation.
