摘要
在分析研究生培养现状的基础上,提出网状模型的导师团队培养研究生模式策略。该策略解决了单导师层次模型培养研究生模式的不足,同时其中学术交流的模式和研究生参与导师团队科研项目的模式,能够大大提高研究生的创新能力。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of post-graduate training, the article proposed the mode strategy for the network postgraduate training model of the instructor-team. On the one hand, the strategy solved the insufficient of the single-layer model of postgraduate instructor mode; on the other hand, the model of academic exchange in the instructor-team training graduate students and the graduate students involved in the instructor-team scientific research, these models can greatly enhance the student's ability of innovation.
