摘要
高等教育价值取向一直存在着个体本位和社会本位上的分歧。长期以来我国制定教育政策的价值取向主要着眼于高职的社会功能,即教育的工具价值;而忽视了教育的主体价值,即个体价值。本文借鉴新人文主义理论中关于个体本位的观点,阐述了回归个体本位价值导向的理论基础,进而论述了我国高等职业教育回归个体本位的必要性和所应具有的条件。
The differences exists the individual-based and the community-based in the higher education values orientation.China values the development of education policy,the main focus on the higher social function,that is,the instrumental value of education,while ignoring the main value of education,that individual value.The article made sense in the new humanism return to the individual's point of view,expounded the regression theory of the value-oriented individual-based,and then further discussed the return necessity of individual-based of higher vocational education and the conditions should be possessed.
