摘要
简单评述了硝酸钾几种生产工艺的优缺点，着重介绍了氯化钾与硝酸铵复分解生产硝酸钾方法的工艺改进和设备革新，并对改进后的3万t／a内循环式硝酸钾生产装置的生产成本及经济效益进行了分析和计算。说明采用该法生产硝酸钾，经济效益十分可观。
The advantages and disadvantages of several kinds ofproduction process of potassium nitrate were reviewed simply. Theprocess and the equipment reformations of double decompositionmethod using potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate as raw materials to produce potassium nitrate were introduced emphatically. Theproduction cost and economic results of the reformed unit with thecapacity of 30000t/a were analyzed and calculated. It is shown thatthe economic results are good by the inner recycle process.
