摘要
提升加工制造业的技术含量,尤其是提升高端设备的国产化率是经济发展的必然要求。介绍了国产DCS的结构和特点,简述了采用减压深拔工艺的原油蒸馏装置的工艺流程,并描述了主要控制方案在DCS中的实现及使用效果。通过实际使用和与国外同类产品的对比分析得出:国产控制系统在可靠性和技术性能上已与国外同类产品接近,某些性能指标甚至优于国外产品,在同等规模石化装置的控制系统应用上已具有替代国外产品的能力。
It's necessary for economic development to enhance the technological level of processing and manufacturing, particularly localization rate for the high-end equipment. The structure and characteristics of DCS and the vacuum deep-drawing process in the crude oil distillation unit is introduced. The main control schemes in the DCS and application situation are presented. Through comparing with similar foreign products, it is conclusion that the reliability and technical performance of domestic control system has been close to the similar foreign products, in some performance indexes superior to foreign products and even in the same type of control system applications petrochemical plants already have the ability to substitute foreign products.
