摘要
提出了中国海油惠州炼油分公司的信息化总体规划和建设目标,描述了MES在现代炼油企业承担的重要作用及其为企业带来的效益,给出了该公司在MES的选择过程中所遵循的原则,分享MES在选择和实施中的经验,并对MES几个重要的模块实时数据库Uniformance PHD,物料平衡PB,综合信息平台WPKS,LIMS系统,全厂报表应用等从功能、实施效果作了分析,并探讨了该公司MES下一步的完善方向。
The information programme and construction target in Huizhou refinery has been proposed. The important role of MES in modern refinery enterprise and its benefit is described. The selection principal of MES, some experience is presented. The important modules, real time database Uniformance PHD, material balance PB, universal information platform WPKS, LIMS system, application of report documents generation etc. are analyzed in function, practice result. The improvement direction of MES is discussed.
