摘要
相比离散型和批次型生产企业,石化行业由于生产工艺复杂,物料贮存部分混杂,现场测量手段不足,使得统计工作开展困难。近年来,国内石化企业为提高竞争能力,大力建设实时数据库和企业资源计划等信息系统。MES作为控制企业信息系统的桥梁,需要将企业实际的物理移动事件转换为抽象的统计数据。基于石化企业MES中建立的物料移动模型,结合石化企业物料统计模型的业务认识,研究了从物料移动模型向物料统计模型映射的方法。通过在中石化MES中的具体应用,验证了该映射方法的有效性。
Compared with discrete and batch-type production enterprises, the petrochemical industry has the complex production process, mixed material storage and lacks measurement means, statistical work is carried out with difficulty. In recent years to enhance their competitiveness the domestic petrochemical enterprises made great efforts to build real-time database and enterprise resource planning systems and other information systems. MES as a bridge between control and enterprise information systems, they need to transfer the actual physical material move events to abstract statistical data. An approach for model mapping from materiel flow model to material statistical model is introduced to meet the demand of integrated automation for the petrochemical industry. The process of model mapping and validation in the petrochemical industry is presented in detail by the example of Manufacturing Execution System. Practical applications have indicated that the model mapping method is quite effective.
