工作流引擎管理下柔性采购管理信息系统设计实现

Design and implementation of flexible procurement management system under workflow engine management

针对目前企业采购管理流程常固化于管理平台不能满足现代企业业务流程快速变化的现实问题,基于工作流技术思想,重新对企业采购管理信息系统进行了分析设计,通过对工作流相关数据的分析整理,用实例验证了其适应业务流程变化的能力,为企业类似业务提供了一种可选的信息管理方式。

This paper analyzed some problems, which exist in the application of procurement management system in the enterprise at present. A tentative plan was proposed to solve these problems through workflow technology. From the related knowledge and application of workflow, this paper analyzed and designed the procurement management system in detail. At last, through an analysis of relevant data of workflow, the technology of workflow is proved that it meets the ability of business flow change with the embodiment, which provides an optional designing way of information management to other similar process for the enterprise.
