摘要
针对电话营销访问的特点,在进行大量需求分析的基础上,设计了基于客户机/服务器(C/S)架构的电话营销访问系统。该系统出于提高系统运行速度需要,选择C/S运作模式。系统提出了在局域网环境中采用C/S运作形式及基于瘦数据库运行模式;依照需求分析结果对系统进行了业务流程分析,并对数据库进行了概念结构设计、逻辑结构设计和物理设计。最后对电话营销访问系统中的各功能模块进行了详细设计和实现。
Considering the actuality of the telephone marketing interview system, in order to improve the efficiency of system operation, this paper studied and comparatively analyzed the existing problems of traditional telephone marketing interviews and the demands of users. It applied C/S operation under the Local Area Network (LAN) and based on thin database model so that the system ran more efficiently and rapidly as well as occupying less space. It strengthened the intelligent management of telephone interviews and marketing process, and adopted hourglass samples strategy. It checked the duplicate samples and could not revisit samples. It also provided the system development with necessary technical support and analyzed business process of telephone marketing system. Finally, the paper designed and implemented each operational model in the telephone marketing interview system.
